Welcome, Ernesto Peralez - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor

We are thrilled to welcome Ernesto Peralez, our new Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor, to the Fit and Fearless family! Ernesto will be teaching you how it's done on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7 pm, at the Box. Until we can get an interview to introduce Ernesto properly, here is a video so you can take a peek at the master at work. And...oh my...is that The Professor allowing himself to be arm barred so you can learn the ways of the mat? Why, I believe it is!
