Get Started with an Intro Session

The way to begin your training at Fit & Fearless CrossFit is with an Intro Session. This is a FREE one-on-one training session during which you'll learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout. This helps us get to know you, your goals, experience and current fitness level. After your Intro Session, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to group classes or continued private, individual training. Intro Sessions are by appointment only.
