What could be better than a body in shape, a sharper mind, and the skills to defend them both?
The world-class trainers at Fit and Fearless are experts in training you in the practice of Krav Maga and getting you in the best shape of your life.
And, if you've never done a group fitness class before, we're here to help you join in the fun!
Bring your mind and body to Krav Maga and say goodbye to being bored with another workout routine, ever!
Designed by a team of top fitness experts and defensive tactics instructors known for building fighters, Krav Maga programs use cardio classes, heavy bag work, and sports conditioning techniques to burn fat and tone muscle, typically burning 600-800 calories in a 1 hour class.
Our class format allows trainees of different fitness levels to fully participate. Because we use natural movements and a combination of aerobic and anaerobic training the human body responds by creating strong lean muscle and eliminating excess weight.
As an adult-only program, we are able to accommodate de-conditioned men and women. Many of our trainees come in with bad knees, backs, necks, etc., or other previous injuries. The need for self defense is equally, if not more, important for those with people. We welcome the opportunity to show you how much you can still accomplish in terms of physical fitness and self-defense.
Kickboxing, or Cardio kickboxing as it is often referred to has been around for a long time, and for very good reason. The amount of calories burned rivals any exercise, and the fact that it involves natural movements, full range of motion, and can be performed at relatively high intensity makes it a very effective workout for shedding pounds and increasing energy levels.
Krav Maga fitness Kickboxing is incredibly effective, and provides some important physical and mental benefits beyond the great body.
So, for adults with limited time to train, you can multitask at the gym; improving your physical conditioning, learning real world self defense skills, and enjoying the benefits that come with being a more confident, stronger human being.
