I started KM in 2007. The karate school I had been attending closed and I was looking for something more realistic. My friend talked me into trying this Krav Maga stuff, which I had never heard of. I signed up after my first lesson.
I became an instructor because I couldn't stop myself. I was obsessed with Krav Maga and knew that when you teach you learn. I wanted to gobble it up.
What I like best about Fit and Fearless is that the instructors are not made from the same cookie cutter. Each of us brings our own perspective into the classroom and explores self defense from our own angle. I love the width and depth of knowledge at Fit and Fearless.
