Self-Defense Techniques: Groin Kick

Our krav maga instructor, Brandon, shows how to properly execute a front groin kick.

The Technique

  • Get in fighting stance
  • Aim knee up towards the target
  • Snap leg out
  • Make contact with target with the bottom part of the shin
  • Recoil twice as fast into fighting stance
  • Use voice and create space

  • Groin
  • Any lower body area
