Krav maga instructor, Brandon, explains how to get out of a fight that goes to the ground.

The Technique  

  • Get in ground fighting stance
  • Get your knee in towards chest, and foot flexed
  • Keep your foot between you and attacker
  • Follow the attacker with your foot
  • Look to attack
  • After strike, try to get up quickly and resume fighting stance

The Target 

  • Groin
  • Knees
  • Ankles
