I started my Krav Maga training in 1997 at the National Training Center in Los Angeles, CA.
Originally, I viewed it as a new fitness challenge, but I stayed (& stayed & stayed) not only because I got into the best shape of my life but because of the skills I learned and the increased confidence I gained which manifested in all aspects of my life.
I was asked to be in one of the first instructor training programs in LA. It was a huge honor. I love teaching and wanted to share my passion and enthusiasm for what I know can be life changing (and life-saving). When I had the opportunity to start training (and teaching) again in Austin I leaped at it. I love being a part of the change that happens in students. I want to be able to help others live life full of confidence and at peace.
