12 Week Program
Equip yourself with the skills and confidence to navigate any situation. Our Warrior Woman Program provides a comprehensive introduction to Krav Maga, a highly effective self-defense system. In 12 weekly classes, you'll learn practical techniques to defend against common attacks, develop situational awareness, and how to cultivate the mindset of a warrior woman.

You'll learn much more than just techniques - you'll learn a group of principles of self-defense that are designed to work in real life against an attacker that might be bigger or stronger than you.
In the three months, we'll empower you with a variety of self-defense techniques: defense against headlocks, chokes from all angles, threats on the ground, arm pulls and leg drags, wrist releases, as well as a ton of different combatives and drills. And you'll grow alongside other strong women, creating a bond of friendship and feeling of community.

At the end of this course, you'll be more than ready to enter the Krav Maga Level 1 & 2 classes without hesitation.
